Wheaton Wanderers FC attacking under the lights

Brand, crest, website, a player-help Telegram bot and matchday operations for a new UPSL club in Wheaton, Illinois.

The challenge

Wheaton didn't have a semi-pro club. Starting one meant building everything at once: an identity people would wear, a home online, a way to run players and a matchday people would come back for.

All of it had to work for a volunteer-run club, without a front office.

What we did

We started with the identity: a name, a crest and a visual system built to work on a jersey, a scarf and a phone screen.

Then we built the systems a small team needs to run a club: a website that handles the club's public face, and a Telegram bot that answers player questions so the coaches don't have to.

Finally, we planned and ran matchday operations, so every home game felt like an event.
